I was only trying to make a point if you go back and read the first page. I'm glad 4 month leagues are around but not everyone enjoys them and thinks that they are the best part of the game. Its a wonder that standard players can put up with the forums when you see so much hate against it.

I don't understand your "timewise" logic. Casuals should ALWAYS play in a 4-month league. Because what they farm in 4-month league in 1 week is worth more than what they farm in a regular league in a month.
Let's take Kaom's for example. I'm not sure how much they go for on Standard, I'm guessing few hundred exalts. On Nemesis, 35. Call me stupid but 35 is easier to farm than 200.
GGG will have to deal with standard sooner or later.

that would be true except their are ways to transfer wealth from standard. I imagine the top 4 month leauge players were already pretty rich in standard.

Except they would have to start from scratch and remake the farming character vs. just continuing to farm with a completed build on standard. Starting from scratch is not that appealing to someone who doesn't have as much time to play.

Pretty sure I saw a koams for 40 ex the other day in trade chat. Which is practically marked up 50% from real prices. I don't play that much though. Only pre nerf koams go for alot.
