Looking for input on creating a unique item for elemental bow users (Focused around fire damage)

Hi, if ur still looking for input i have i hope an original ideea.

The quiver will grant u a free passive point on the skill tree anywhere on the tree, no matter how far it is and even though its not connected to any other nodes. This would introduce a lot of variations to the builds, for example take blood magic, or eldritch battery etc...

Given how op this would be, a serious drawback should be considered for example -20% all resist, or cannot leech life or mana, or cannot regen mana, something like a serious drawback.

Current unique quivers are indeed pretty useless in end-game...

I think a good unique item grants an unique ability, but also brings a detrimental effect. I have a few ideas that could be interesting :

+ : Frenzy charge to all enemies hit by projectile attacks
- : X% decreased movement speed

+ : Elemental equilibrium
- : X% decreased projectile speed

+ : X% of mana costs are paid with life
- : X% decreased attack speed

+ : Enemies lose life over time
- : X% less armor


Additional mods could include more damage, more critical chance or damage, more life, etc...

I would say anything that's aesthetically pleasing such as previous ideas. And fairly useful stats for late game

Faster Projectile Speed

Iron Grip

+Phys. Damage

Arrows do a very small AoE upon hit(?)

Arrows Pierce (?)

Bigger projectiles (is this even possible? would be cool)

+/-Attack Speed(?)

That's what I would do if I were in your place, but it's just a suggestion :P

Edit: Some other cool stats IMO:

Bigger character size

More life (although not much or it would be OP as heck)

Maybe the unique affix "increased currency quantity"? :D would be very cool i think and lots of rangers want to use it :D
something increasing trap numbers will be nice and not so OP and broken

clearly you make a quiver that increases quantity and rarity significantly but that's all, the description could be along the lines of ____ bought the largest quiver imaginable but forgot to bring his arrows to the battlefield
I really like the first and the second idea, GGG needs to show physical damage some love and you could help a lot with this unique :D
