SRSLY! Whats going on with poe end game!!
People that complain about lack of end game do it to themselves in my opinion.
You see, I'm looking forward to act IV & beyond. I'm not the type of personality who has to have full end game content right at this moment. I've never even dipped into maps much. I may be "casual" when it comes to the amount of time I've played PoE but I play on hardcore modes exclusively. I'm not in a terrible hurry to play the game completely. It'll happen eventually. Perhaps when act IV is officially out, I'll make more effort to roll maps but as of right now I just spend time leveling characters to around the level 70 mark. People who complain about lack of end game will never be satisfied, because they want it all NOW. They aren't willing to wait. No point arguing with these types of people, unless you enjoy getting into arguments on the internet. Keep up the good work GGG. |

Its funny, that the majority of people saying the system is good, dont even have characters capable of DOING end-game mapping, so they have no freakin clue what its like, and are just talking out of their asses. There are very few in this thread that even have a character in map range; much less doing them.
Please, grind up there and start realizing 66-68 maps are literally worthless, and then start trying to have fun amassing a pool of 70+ on your own, then get back to us on your "casuals go back to d3 entitled brats" tirade hat some of you are on. |

" Is it a coincidence that the biggest piles of s*** based arguments come from supporters who've dumped $100's into this game? I understand trying to defend an "investment", or trying to justify money spent..........but there's a point where you just have to question....why? It should be PLAINLY clear by now that this game is doing something wrong. You "all" claim this to be Diablo 2's "REAL" successor and hype about how this game is soooo much better than D3, which is all well and good as an opinion, but it's not even close to being supported by ACTUAL FACTS. Whether it's the desync issue, lack of a "realistic" end-game, questionable skill balance, or the completely unrewarding loot experience.....who knows, what we do know is that this games population is VERY small for the popularity of this genre. Steam can give us a "decent" look at the health of this game since it tracks avg concurrent use, now I know there are a fair amount of people still running the old separate client but most are on steam at this point. The first 2-3 weeks saw about a 60,000 avg concurrent players, which is pretty decent..........zeroing in on the past couple weeks paints a far darker picture though, avging just 16-20k avg concurrent and dropping. For D3 being as shallow, boring, or however you'd like to describe it they still have about 1 MILLION unique players per day......... What you really should be asking yourself is how can we help GGG to improve there game, not kiss their ass thanking them for such a wonderful experience when in reality this game isn't even close to being anything that should have ever been officially released from beta. " Take your own advice. I dont think I've ever seen you make suggestions in a thoughtful manner. With reasons why-> pros and cons of your idea, etc. |

" So much insight, this could possibly be the most thoroughly explained rebuttal I've ever read. .......I would ask that you refrain from posting if you aren't going to add anything intelligent or even relevant to the conversation. |

" I'm not a game designer.......I shouldn't have to come up with the solution on HOW to fix something, only inform them that there is in fact something wrong so that they can fix it. |

For years i searched for deep truths. A thousand revelations. At the very edge...the ability to think itself dissolves away.Thinking in human language is the problem. Any separation from 'the whole truth' is incomplete. My incomplete concepts may add to your 'whole truth', accept it or think about it Last edited by Henry_GGG on Nov 30, 2013, 11:30:09 PM
