ZERO Currency drop

I've emailed them about the same issue. Over 30 levels now without a single currency drop on one char. In total about 50 hours worth of game play since official launch without a single currency drop. Have even offered to record or stream game play of it to show that it is not a simple over reaction to RNG.

For anyone with the means, I dropped a signet ring and found that it does help force a few scroll drops, but nothing else, and even then they are very far and few between.

It's quite obvious at this point that there is something wrong. Hopefully it gets resolved soon. It is very hard to progress and enjoy the game when you can not buy or craft anything.

Yes, same problem for me.

I just started a new toon, and just got in Ledge level 7, NO AT SINGLE DROP of ID/TP or any other currency AT ALL

For me, in every char i tested i have this problem.

I am already thinking bout getting a new account and ask them to transfer all my Microtransactions to another count . . .

I created a new account and within 5 minutes, I found several scrolls of wisdom, orbs of transmutation, etc. Definitely an account-specific issue.

My best guess is that there's some auto-flagging system that they implemented to prevent RMT to buy them time to manually review the account to see if it's a false positive. Just a shame we're getting screwed because of it.

I dont know what it is. Flagging, a bug with pre-existing accounts, or just a fuck up in general. But, regardless, it needs addressed officially and figured out quickly. Global chat was rampant with similar complaints today when I was online, so the issue is spreading.

PoE may be manageable with minimal trade and even crafting, provided you get enough gear drops to upgrade from time to time. However, that is all moot if one can not even identify the gear that does drop.

The lack of any and all currency drops can quickly bring a players progress to a screeching halt, as well as kill the desire to play. Both of which will make a mockery of the recent flood of players we have gained since release.

I, personally, have yet to hear anything on the matter, but it seems everyone so far has gotten the same canned response. Amusing, each have reported a change in drops after finally getting a response. Make of it what you will.

If it is some sort of flagging, there is no point in being tight lipped about it now. It has became extremely obvious. I personally do not think that is the case, but anything is possible. If that is the case, I would love to be informed of such and explained what situations in particular flagged my account. If for no other reason than to clear the matter.

Whatever it is that is going on, some form of official response is more than warranted by now. To everyone.

I had to create a new account just to get my ID/TP scrolls!

On my main account i can not progress anymore due the fact i am UNABLE to identify gear, because i get no ID scrolls, therefor i can not upgrade my gear . . .

This is a joke and need to be addressed ASAP.

I am having this issue now. I had this same issue in late August! I spoke to support at the time, they did fix it within a couple of days, however at the time I wasnt bothered as it was in Anarchy where I had loads of currency built up. Now it has occurred again at a time where I NEED the currency drops. This is annoying that they have KNOWN ABOUT THIS for around two months and it still occurs. I do not understand why this issue wasn't resolved BEFORE launch. By the way, the response I got last time from support was that it was an account issue related to "patching" which sounds BS. I assume it is a way to prevent RMT botting. If it is I understand that but please don't feed me lines of OBVIOUS BS, it is demeaning and insulting when I am being patient about letting you solve a problem.

A patching issue? LOL

This issue is so ridiculous that i am thinking of starting a new account, lose my beta tag and ask them to transfer all my Micro-Transactions to the new account. If not possible, then refund. I am getting tired of writing the support every 3 and still have my issue not solved.

I haven't heard anything from GGG's support team since "we got your email and are forwarding your case to the investigation team", which was several days ago.

I'm seriously starting to regret putting money to support this game when we can't even get a peep from GGG while the game is virtually unplayable for us.
