There's nothing wrong with it.

I'm tired of this thread in every game. Apparently people think if it has a lobby type zone and/or chat it's an MMO.

PoE is a role-playing game.
It is online. It is multiplayer. The problem comes at the "massively" part. While there are certainly a large number of people playing PoE and all part of the same world and capable of interacting with each other, to qualify as "massively multiplayer", most people would consider it necessary for them all to be in the SAME instance for most areas(not just a few places like towns). |
