Theres less people playing POE than Diablo TWO now on Xfire

My main concern about this game "official lunch" is that, in my country (france) POE ALLREADY been tested in all the main video games websites ex:

Mean that, even for the "official lunch" None of those website will test the game ever again. The Test is allready done, it s final. For those online websites the game been lunched long ago allready.

The official lunch will not see a new amount of new players in France because the game will not be tested again and will not have publicity again from thoses websites.

Thats also why the game population is lower those days, people though the Open beta was the real lunch and they moved on.


I am a little afraid that OB killed the potential of this game and i am little afraid the game will not get a lot of new players even at the official lunch if the dev don t make active advertizing on the big websites.

Polls and Surveys huh? I just asked asked 10 People and they all played PoE since OB and are still playing. So no decline in player base right?

Since you are such a genius you already know that the sample size matters if you want to determine how accurate the information is, right?

Still ..because the game was doing well right on the beginning of the open beta ..they mentioned XFIRE stats as a proof. Now PoE is doing really bad ...and XFIRE somehow is "pissing into a dark room hoping to hit a unicorn" right ? Convenient ...

If XFIRE was good enough for the DEVS to mention PoE current popularity .. then XFIRE is also good enough to mention PoE current lack of popularity.
