Why on earth would anyone use it then? 250% + 75 = still less ES than a top tier Regalia, and with 2 less resists.

Unless you are suggesting 10% cooldown recovery (1 node) and 250 lightning thorns are worth 60-90% resists.

Yeah because it's not like this would improve ES/Life hybrids that are dealing with chaos damage.

People would still use it for low life cannon builds. It wouldn't be an absurd dps machine with the still super-high survivability that it is now.

Yknow, a unique that has drawbacks.

I'm not going to argue anything right now but I would like to add that my ES/Life block tank templar would benefit from wearing a Shavronnes (not low life either).

Shavs does have major DPS increase, because of RF. The facts - as provided by Qarl - is that less than 50 of the players over level 90 currently use Shavs, and those that do, usually end up dead.

Low life on voltaxic rift build is EXTREMELY dangerous because you have no shield, which is a very large ES hit.
Shavs players that end up dead are the ones that are using it like intended: as a cannon.
If you build defensively into shavs with an amazing shield to back you up, you don't end up dead.

Also, if you bothered to know who you're tlaking about before making poor arguments like that, you would know that i was advocating a drastic change to lioneye that would force you to build it differently than other bow builds while i was using one. I still am using one, actually.

Whether you go low life on voltaxic has nothing to do with whether or not it is OP. If you go full MF on Shavs, you also lose a ton of survivability. My -argument- was the statistics provided by Qarl. I like how you dodged them.

The other comment was merely to point out your hypocrisy of calling for a nerf on one item while leaving out one you use that also has no drawbacks.

I am pretty sure that Shav will not be modified. But RF may get a nerf though.

We won't know for sure until October 8th. However, we do know it can happen to more than just Kaom's Heart because Chris did say "other uniques" may possibly get rebalanced. What I hate is that there is too much ambiguity for everything else, but Kaom's Heart is mentioned explicitly. I feel sorry for the people right now who are buying Kaom's Heart in game as we speak for 50 + exalts each. It's going to suck for them when enough people qq to get all Kaom's Hearts nerfed--despite Chris saying that "Gernally" older versions retain their "numeric" values. There's too much inconsistency with changes as of late, that some people get screwed for not knowing exactly what is going to happen, while others who seem better informed become rich beyond what any of the 99% can ever hope to attain.
