kaoms and shavronne nerf?

I think there is no need to nerf items because of one big reason:
New Content/Acts -> New Item/Affix Levels -> new Rares become better than "OP" items
Examples:
Shavs doneside (not enough ES) will become worse (new Chests will be able to get even more ES),
Soul Taker will be outdated even by mid range rolls of lvl 80 rare axes.
Lioneyes too.
New chests with 200+ life and the possibillity to get res, high armor/er, 6Link and other affixes will make Kaoms look more and more weaker.

(ok Onyx amulets are special because there are no different versions with high levels and the implicit rolls dont change with level, so this little nerf will be without an alternative)

I hope GGG will also think so in future.

Not that i will ever start playing D3 again after I tried the sweet taste of PoE, but Loot 2.0 in D3 will do exactly the same. New itemlevels make new high end rares and the possibillity for the developers to make new (more balanced) high end uniques, while leaving the old ones as they are.

And to the creation of Legacy Uniques that arent possible to aquire anymore:
WRONG DECISION! Not only that it will break future PvP and bring up RMT. The reason i start farming, even if i never found such a 30ex+ item, is that every barrel is able to drop such a crazy piece of sugar. If i see someone with a godly unique it just motivates me to farm more to get one selffound. But if there are items in the game that i cant aquire any more (except such things like alternate arts, that are not stronger then teir originals) it kills my motivation... And farming currency to by one, if youre not a selffounder like me, just feels like work, not like a game.

Yea, I can't wait to grind Docks to 80+ then spam maps to get my +1000 Life mod or the "Chaos Damage doesn't bypass ES" mod on some random rares.

Hot fucking shit I'm so excited for 1.0 release!
If you're reading this, I'm probably on another year-long ban.
Thanks GGG.

Instead of nerfing existing items, They should just Exporting them into new Nodes

LOL no. Those are probably 2 of the most overpowered effects in the game. Putting them right in the passive tree for everyone to have is absurd. The first one is basically infinite mana and renders all mana nodes useless. The second one enables pure ES builds without going chaos inoculation. That opens up the gateway to low life builds that don't require you to sacrifice any survivability, blood magic auras on ES builds, etc.
