Why come some streamers hate multistrike so?

Frenzy (lvl 20 20%) + Multistrike + Melee Splash + Faster Attacks (lvl 18) + Melee Physical Damage (lvl 18) + BM + Blind (lvl 18) + 7 Frenzy Charges + other att speed from passive tree = Fist of Fury
Nothing beats having to see mobs dying instantly when getting hit by Frenzy. Even bosses get blinded by my brilliance. Sometimes you can take the game out of the garage but you can't take the garage out of the game.
