I am all for this!

I have posted in multiple other threads. For some reason (maybe my laptop monitor?), the currency items color is indistinguishable from white items for me, though my ingame friends say it is a slightly different shade than white.

I do not have an issue in identifying rare (yellow), magic (blue) or unique (bronze/brown) items on the screen at all.

As there has been no response I could see on some of the threads on colors that I checked, I can only assume that the currency drop color being kept very close to white is intentional, and is part of the whole hardcore/grinding expectation from the game by it's makers, and players are expected to meticulously scan the screen full of whites to identify (and so pickup and profit) from currency drops.

Atleast give us the ability to change the colour ourselves please.

Something like pink for currency would stick out much better.
