very smart guy, please understand you misunderstood smth!

I hope you do not mind that I dare to explain you that it is not about your beloved lvl66-68 maps but more about this kind:

And as mapdrops are so bad I am afraid of burning value of 7-8+ exalts within 10 minutes of play for just nothin!

But I guess that is what you were meaning, nice guy! Lets become friends, kiss!

.... I've had no maps drop from 110 iiq maps lvl 73+, i've also had 4 maps drop from 50 iiq 73+ if it upsets you stop playing.

Before even criticizing please just think about it for a second. 1 week in anarchy ^ and more things i can't post. The amunt of currency i blow into maps in this league is probably more than you hold. [Mod edit: Removed]

That is pretty impressive for a 10 day old league.

well this is what we are talking about? Yes it does.

Maps rolled like this (costy enaugh) should at least guarantee a minimum of ONE lvl 75 map drop. Getting a lvl 66-72 map from this drives everyone I know to insanity at the cost of 7-8 exalts!

And let me tell you that a 110%Q map is in no way anything you can compare to the roll I showed you!

BTW, all that currency in 10 days reeks of RMT or somesuch. It would fit well with the entitled personality this kid seems to have. A I have all this "and mommy wont let me do that" mindset; suck it up, buy some more orbs, or go outside. I take it all back if you havent RMT'd which undoubtedly you will claim, and pm me.
However, if you have accumulated all that in 10 days, it may be time for you to go outside. Its very nice outside. There are these things walking on two legs, they talk and sometimes they laugh and fart, it can be entertaining. There is also water, which is not only for drinking you can swim in it, and float on it all sorts of amazing stuff man!

Call me a nerd, but the games so easy, you find the bads you buy their goods, you resell and get rich. Unfortunately, this concept doesn't come by for most, they think if your rich you use RMT and real money to earn in game success, it's a shame that most of you even come to such conclusion.

Secondly, had maps been a bonus to content then let me know when you find a source and or a thread confirming this because I object every single thing you say, had this been a bonus onto the game client then GGG would not have responded by raising map drop rates in the post patches. Even then, it's almost a no brainer to deal with it due to the amount of people complaining. Perhaps you're right on one thing, I was momentarily aggressive on the refund; but it sort of depicts the frustration I have with the game.

Wow, you sound like a pleasant person.

Do you realize how fucking stupid you sound calling people noobs in a PvE game? Also, if you're so pro, why aren't you playing in Onslaught?

I agree that the OP smells like RMT, at least JSP (what I consider myself not as RMT, more transferring from one game to another).

Still this is not at all the topic here. And with the topic the OP is 100% right!
If you think PoE's endgame sux don't even waste your time with Tetris, dude. I played that shit for HOURS and there musta been some bug cos the boss never showed up once.

The endgame maps are... 'bonus' material. Not standard 'content'.

The game ends at Piety Merciless but if you want to continue your character because you're enjoying playing it, then you have access to Maps.

The Maps are all subject to RNG and there is no guarantee that you will follow any set line of progression by doing Maps. The possibility is merely there.

I understand that Act3 is end game, pretty much like Act4 is endgame in D2C or Act5 in D2X (or Cow level before nerf), the difference is that we could access everything, no access was RNG based.

And this is kind of the problem really, high lvl maps are just a big taunt, we know they are there but they are hard to reach and totally RNG based unless you spend tons of currency on them.

I just want to get my way up to high lvl maps without trading, part of the problem is the fact that the level of the maps can be lower than MonsterLVL when they drop witch is a huge and useless cripple to content access. The fact that map drop rate in maps is not guaranteed and the fact that we have to invest tons of currency to roll them perfectly to maintain a map rotation is enough to make the content not too accessible in my opinion, right now it's just inaccessible for most of the population.

I suppose this is part of the game being hardcore? it's more tedious than hardcore imo, in a world where high lvl maps are a lot more accessible, hardcore players will still have the edge by playing more, trading like crazy and playing with an organised team for optimal leveling and gearing and that's fine but let me gain access to high lvl maps without doing all that crap I don't care about. I just want to play by myself, with friends or in public games without being content locked.

well all he says is right, why should it sound stupid? It sounds stupid to noobs maybe ~~

I can offer you 1on1 SC2 ml if you are ready to go for it lmk (as you point about PvE is partially right).

Still there are noobs in this game and especially in this forum who think they need to explain things to players that are far ahead of them in anything. I wonder why noobs think their friendly words might help any of the discussed issues?

edit: the poster above me explains it quite good an detailly!

no problem:
- slow progress
- high costs of rolling maps
- big penalty for deaths

but for gods sake, I then want my fucking reward at least! If not? I am out, easy as this!
