Saying "Scrubcore" is offensive and should be banable/mutable.
" They all can, that's the point. There is no point in having a ladder, when anyone can quit to avoid exp loss or permadeath. It's odd that no other genre would permit this but it's fine here. It's like if you could drop link in a competitive Starcraft match and avoid a loss. Unheard of. |

the who started it argument.... really?
I tell my kids that it doesn't matter who started it when both of them decide to continue it they both become equally as guilty. Personally I have not used the scrub core or the alt f4 league arguments, I have hc characters that died in their 80's that I left on standard to continue to enjoy occasionally, both leagues are the same damn game. I enjoy the challenge of getting as high as possible without dying and I also enjoy being able to play the character I spent countless days or hours of /played time on. |

" I agree with you. A note though: You can and will meet good or bad players in any league, but for an average the level of thinking is higher in HC. That may be linked to the HC community potentially having less players overall though and to the fact that silly people are generally louder thus giving the wrong impression. Nonetheless that's my perception. P.s: too bad could not find that funny 1 page comic summarizing HC vs SC. it's the one with a naruto guy and a bearded guy! |
