" I think i've seen a post from GGG where they confirmed that all exiles can be found outside maps as well... Proud 5th duelist in the Jul 1 2012 Ladder Race and in the Nov 3 2012 Solo Turbo Race :D
And even prouder 4th Templar in the Nov 10 Four-hour Party Hardcore Race :P Current OB success: top 20 Ranger in 105 Minute Turbo Solo (S4E9) |

" let's make it "each rogue has a high(er) chance to drop a unique version of a certain type of item" e.g. Orra has a high(er) chance to drop an unique bow... alternatively (or additionally): "each roguehas a guaranteed skill gem drop with a high(er) chance that this gem is superior" anyways maybe it's just a big coincidence but i recently while levelling up i encountered 3 (different) rogues in 3 consecutive instances of chamber of sins You will never be happy if

I'm not sure if something is going on or not, but I havent seen a rogue exile in 3 days now, playing about 4-5 hours a day. Could be just bad luck tough.

I'm currently lvl 56 in act 3 Merci, but after getting my 10th exile crossed off the list, I have been solo running Merci Twilight over & over to farm them.
I do this because it's a very small map & killing just rares / Hillock, can be done quickly (2 - 3 minutes per run). Sometimes I get one every 3 or 4 runs ... the best was 3 in a row. Worst I've done is 7 runs with no exile, but it then went 3 in the next 5 runs. Still need Damoi ... finally got him last night, then my client crashed & I was forced to completely restart, so lost him. Forming a party & each person running their own instance can increase your odds ... just regroup when one is found. Remember ... portals created to regroup appear in Act 3 of the previous difficulty. In our quest to conquer the world ... allies are just future enemies that don't realise it yet MAWHAHA !!!

I have noticed that the rate of exiles have reduced significantly for me lately.
Playing 2-3 hours daily, and no power gamer so I take my time :) When I ran through Normal with my Marauder I did get about one exile each evening, or two on a good evenings play. After I got to Cruel though, I only find one exile for every 3-4 evenings played on average, and I am now getting close to the end of Act 3 Cruel. However, on Normal I did clear each area fully to get the Clear all areas achievement, whereas on Cruel I have not bothered to do a full clear in each area, so I might have missed an exile here or there. |
