[Anarchy] Where are the Rogue Exiles?

Finally encountered one in Normal Act 2 Cathedral, mara with Dual strike and leap jump. Almost killed me, but managed to take him out. Dropped only one rare though.

You are seriously deluded. There are more than 13.33 being encountered per hour for the whole playerbase. There are individuals who have encountered that many total.

Well I just calculated based on the "dev said 1:4500" statement. And said it seemed too low a chance (ok I guess I could say "it is higher" instead of "could be higher", but I dislike making statements based on conjecture). I'd call bullshit but cba to check if dev really said that.

P.S. You have pretty low/funny standard for trolling.

Just think about what you claim for a second. The entire three acts have some 50 zones in total. People have met 3 of them upon completing Cruel. Thats 200 zones run at most.
1:4500? 3:200? Does not compute. Several people claim to have met 3 of them. Doesnt a huge alarm bell ring in your head when hearing that?

I met 5 of them while getting to lvl 50. You don't full clear all maps, so you may skip them.

I found my first one in Normal Fellshrine ruins - summoning witch - not a problem for my sweeping Templar.

Alright so here are my finds.
Currently I'm level 46 and I've killed 8 exiles, two of which were duplicates.
I've killed 7 of them while trying to clear all maps in normal difficulty. Found 1 so far in cruel.
Jonah Unchained (cleave, found twice) - Fellshrine, not sure about the second time.
Minara Anemina (summoner witch) - Barracks.
Eoin Greyfur (the dude using cold snap) - Battlegrounds.

And here are the rest, although I really can't remember the locations.

I've ran cruel ledge yesterday and today for at least 20 times and I've found no exiles.

i've met just one, in docks, we were 6 players

the rogue exile was a 2H duellist pretty hard to kill... none of us had high dps though...

Maybe you kids shouldn't gauge the entire league off lvl 1-50 experiences.. Ridiculous. OBVIOUSLY They will be stronger 60+ with better loot, it's beyond me why some of you are COMPLAINING about lvl 20 drops..

Obviously you have no idea what you're talking about. Lvl 60+ can drop as crappy loot as lvl 20 (only with higher item base) and when GGG introduced this new feature, I think most of players expected fights against exiles to be rare and hard but rewarding and while they're rare and sometimes hard for beginning characters, they're not rewarding at all.

Besides many unique items ARE UNDER LVL 20, so logically the most apprioprate moment to drop them would be about this level and not 60+ when they're useless. I thought that fighting exiles would be the obvious way to get them, but I was mistaken.

I agree, the drops aren't the best from the rogues. I think each one should drop a specific item amongst their normal random drops.
