[Anarchy] Where are the Rogue Exiles?

Just found a rogue exile. Orra Greengate, Ranger, uses poisoned Rain of arrows. In Vaal ruins level 1, Act 2, normal, level 21.
Funny thing is, she had a lizard pet. I only noticed it after I killed her. But sadly, one cannot get these pets once their former exile is dead ...

A dev on the first day confirmed that the exiles have a 1/4500 chance to spawn in each area, and they do not spawn in Act 1 Normal (as they are considered too difficult for it)

Just got to act 3 normal and still have to find my first one. IMO a little bit letdown that one of the biggest features of Anarchy league is so extreme rare

Its not a big feature, really. THis Guys dont even dropp anything usefull, besides a full set of white/blues.

So yesterday I was complaining about not seeing any for 6 hours. Well today in 2 hours I've seen 2 more, but it's still too rare in my opinion. They are fun to fight, although on cruel the 2 I've faced have been really difficult.

I found the RoA ranger on normal, and now the RoA Ranger and Flicker strike Viper strike Shadow on cruel, both of which had me running for my life.

Not saying it definitely didn't happen, but I follow the GGG post tracker fairly heavily and never saw anything like this, and people LOVE pulling shit out of their asses.

Not to mention the rate people see them is much, much, much higher than 1 in 4500 zones. At that rate, it would be incredibly rare for anyone to have seen any at this point, nonetheless multiples. I personally have found one so far (act 1 cruel with minimal grinding, so maybe 40-50 zones in?), and many have found many more than that.

So far out of comments I've seen in game global chat and following
a few threads here on forums on this topic, it seems they set the bar
too high on this feature.

It was one reason I came back to play again as it sounded 'interesting' to me.
A pinata worth hoping to see and wack just to see what would come out.

I now see little or no point in playing this new Anarchy and have already lost
interest.

Which is a damn shame.

I might as well go back to working with my higher level witch in standard league.

First = i don't rememebr where ( probably act 1 norm )
2 : act 2 Old fields normal
3 : act 2 vaal ruins leve 2 normal
4 : act 3 solaris temple level 2-3

Sounds like i've been really lucky in getting exile spawns, around 12 spawns and 7 different ones and im only lvl 48
