[Anarchy] Where are the Rogue Exiles?

I killed Jonah Unchained, and he dropped 2 rares, a ring and a mace + the unique cloth belt, but maybe I am just lucky? :)

Thats why i went back to standars league and do maps.

So far I'm under the impression that most rogues appear near the entrance of an area. Just some minutes ago, I met Damoi Tui (Marauder) in the Solaris Temple level 1, and he already appeared in the 3rd room or so ... similiar to most of the other exiles I encountered.

Encountered 10 Exiles so far, one of which dropped a Unique :)

Has any of you an idea whether two Rogue Exiles can appear in the same area?

You cannot encounter Exiles in Ledge on Normal.

They only show up The Prisoner's Gate and beyond.

Met my first exile in act 3 normal.

Never met 2 exiles in the same area, and it seems fairly random where they spawn in an area. Gotten them in both maps and areas. Char is a lvl 80 Templar, met exiles around 25 times so far (met 11 out of 13, including the summoner a whopping 8 times)

You are seriously deluded. There are more than 13.33 being encountered per hour for the whole playerbase. There are individuals who have encountered that many total.

Just think about what you claim for a second. The entire three acts have some 50 zones in total. People have met 3 of them upon completing Cruel. Thats 200 zones run at most.
1:4500? 3:200? Does not compute. Several people claim to have met 3 of them. Doesnt a huge alarm bell ring in your head when hearing that?

A CHANCE of 1:4500 does NOT mean you can only encounter 1 in 4500 runs. If you are lucky, you can definitely meet 3 in 200 runs. You can even meet 3 in 3 runs, though the chance for that would be 1:4500³. At last, if you are unlucky, you can also meet none in 12000 runs. Chance is not a fixed value of how many Exiles you encounter in how many runs. It only defines the amount of Exiles you are likely too encounter in a specific amount of runs/zones. It is simple math, bud ;)

However, I do not think the 1:4500 value to be the right one. If one of the devs told this value, give us a link or some other kind of confirmation.

Farming the beach in Twilight, you can encounter almost 3 an hour.

High MF, you can actually just farm exiles. Up to 6+ rares with MF on when they die.

what is minimum map lvl for igna?

I got 2 in the church one on lvl1 then lvl2 , was cool. Although one was in the last room so was kinda hard wot a buncha blue skellie around.
I forget there names but I know they did flicker , whirly blade , and one shot out ninja stars.
