On a serious note, you cannot discuss anything in this thread with logic. Most people wanting change cannot comprehend it. I even stated that I would be fine with options if it were balanced. Not saying my balance idea was right, but balanced. They say "It should be the same as FFA". Easier and getting the same rewards? I feel trolled.

And laid back is easier. No matter how you phrase whatever change to make timers longer or instanced it will be more laid back and EASIER. Every time I see these self proclaimed nice players bashing FFA supporters with 4th grade insults it warms my heart not seeing "Added Instanced Looting" on the patch notes.

Another 10 pages of posts by morons that think it has to be one way or the other, not an option.

Nothing but an ego fight, they think if they "win" (on the internet) and their system set as permanent it will make them one of the "elite".

Instead of "oh yeah it warms my heart blabla" you could at least bring some arguments why FFA is so nice. I brought enough reasons why the currentlootmechanic is not working with the current community we have. People who support FFA are mostly...

- ninja'ing/stealing/taking everything they can get (name it as you wish)
- having enough (5) friends around them, so they don't play with randoms (and therefore have no problems with sharing items)
- melee ranged classes and are always at the source of the drops
- still living in the D2 times where FFA mechanics worked fine. With the current community this doesn't work anymore

I wonder what kind of arguments you have that will speak for FFA.

I, and others, have refuted your arguments over and over. You are really the one who is struggling with the logical reasoning here.

The devs have never played a map with 6 players. If they had they would have though "omg this screen clutter is just beyond ridiculous, you can't see this and it's barely enjoyable to play" and instantly put in an instanced loot option.

The amount of text on the ground for 6 player grouping is absurd.

It doesn't have to be all or nothing - hybridize allocation.

Allocate all white and magic items (i.e. they drop for a specific player, and are invisible to everyone else).

That way, people can still compete for currency, maps, uniques, and rares - without having the screen completely full of text and items. This alone will reduce the amount of text clutter by about 6 times! (and maintain all of your fast paced FFA loot competition goals).

Crusador. The numbers would definitely NOT be the same as solo. This is a pure fact

Name calling and assumptions, yet I'm the one that needs to grow up. Hmm, sad really.

Why is it that everyone goes straight for how much someone has donated when disagreeing with another on these forums? I never brought such up, it has no effect on my opinion whatsoever, and just makes the accuser look ignorant.
