It's already FFA (with a timer) and a tanky teleport build is just nonsense.

I will say it again. Give the softcore aka. default people instanced loot and leave FFA (without timer) in hardcore.

The good thing about PoE is that we have the possibility to have other leagues. For all I care, make such a league (instanced loot league) and let everyone to play to his taste.

You talked of penalties for players playing with a instanced loot system. Which most probably wont be implemented.
The idea of somehow punishing players, just because they have a different opionion about how they want to play, seems "far fetched" for me.

Your problem is, that you think that FFA and HC is connected. Guess what it isn't. There is nothing hardcore about click more and fast. As I see it. You probably have different view.

Lets resolve that logically. Here is mathematical / logical proof. I like HC and don't like FFA. -> There is at last one person, that likes HC and desn't like FFA (me). -> Not all HC players likes FFA. -> HC dosn't mean FFA loot.
