Yes, they are a minority. I'm not talking about the forums. Look at the party creation tab. It's full of "no ninjas"

subjective, most times i´m looking at the board and doing some grouping i see more "and FFA" then " no ninjas" ^^

but those statements doesn´t brings us anywhere
What can never be lent or earned?
Somewhat, that devours everyone and everything:
A tree that rush. A bird that sings. It eat bones and smite the hardest stones.
Masticate every sword. Shatters every shrine. It defeat mighty kings and carry mountains on lightly wings.

The way I would implement it: http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/95930#p1013235 a total of 100 items would drop. Of those, lets say 80 were 'trash' drops - those would be free to pick up by anyone; of the remaining 20 items, they would have loot rights split up amongst the 4 players, each having sole loot rights to 5 items. On screen it would look pretty much as it does now when items first drop, but before the timer expires.

What do you consider as trash drops? Because in poe there is no real trash drop. What´s with those 6l white robe that drops. Ppl will cry. Solution?

Yes a minute ago.

Also yesterday evening 3 of 10 party had explicit ffa statement.

But again this brings us nowhere.

Exactly the same can be said regarding instanced-loot.
That is why having loot-options is the only real solution to this loot-problem.
That is why all the people who are resisting or are against introducing loot-options in this game are wrong/unreasonable.

Instanced loot doesn't have to stop people from seeing what you will get. A good user interface for instanced loot would show you pretty much exactly what you see now. Just some of the items would have a green border (you own loot rights), some a red border (someone else owns loot rights), and some no border (FFA loot rights). Only uniques, rares, currency, maps, and perhaps 5/6S items would have loot right attachments. Anyone could release their own loot rights to an item by a simple alt+click making it easy to let someone who can use an item better pick it up without the hassle of trading. Finally it would be an option chosen at party creation time.

But bleh, most people don't seem to want to hear solutions.

Actually, this is pretty good.
And its an option.

I understand the option of wanting it, but I don't want this game to be as boring as Diablo 3 or Torchlight 2.

It doesn't have to be. Do you really think that people advocating for loot-options really want this game to be boring?
Adding loot-options will not make this game boring, on the contrary, the game will stay the same for you since you will be playing the same ffa style that you are used to.

It's all in the suggestion post.

Frankly I'm tired of arguing about it, especially since every time I see a GGG employee post anywhere on anything I have less and less faith in any long term viability of the company and the game. Basically at this point I'll play or not, solo, till bored and move on.

PoE dumps you in a god forsaken land and you, the hero need to salvage what you can and compete to survive.

and go on with that horrible story: ... wait, what? a baddie exile cannot kill another baddie exile because they both want the same loot?
Say again?
So that horrible story is in fact the biggest pink carebear story ever: Taking loot with no consequences at all.

GGG having issues keeping up with server capacity? Over 60,000 people from across the world playing daily?

You know, what matters is how many actually pay for cosmetics.
Because a growing player base gets costs up, but if few pay for cosmetics gets income down.
