Don't get me wrong.. I like RP guilds..or just group of people who are playing differently and made guild for that.. This is nice..but community is split into two big groups..ignoring one and telling them "just make guild..we don't care" is not a solution...there is tons of reasons why people don't want create or join guilds..

No..it wouldn't fix problem..and his argument is invalid... I can't believe people really believe in that crap what they are suggesting here.

Start a guild. Look in this thread and PM people. It's not hard. I understand you may not be a social person, but give it a try.

Everyone keeps saying, "how can you find friends in game if everyone "ninjas"". Well, be proactive.

PM people that share your same views, form a team.

If the problem is something else — such as telling people how they should play because you know better than everyone else — well then I guess making your own guild is suboptimal (edit: but potentially still very effective, if you're charismatic enough).

I'm not saying that you necessarily should have to make your own guild. Frankly, it's quite a bit of work. But if GGG won't change things to the way you like, it's on you to create solutions for yourselves to create the gameplay experience you desire; this is true regardless of whether changing things to the way you'd like is something GGG should do.

I understand this is a heated subject. No one likes thinking someone has stolen from them. But take a step back and realize that the people disagreeing with you are other human beings, not monsters in a hack-and-slash game for you to tear down. The goal is conversion, not destruction. Unfortunately, if someone else makes it their goal to tear down every shred of any argument that doesn't align with theirs, conversion becomes almost impossible...

You want to be on a team, but don't want to be on a team/guild.....

You want the benefits of a team, without being on one. I'm sorry, but with that being said, it is apparent you prefer to be on your own.

So your solution is to just create guild...in game where is no guild support..you just have to write names somewhere, invite them into friendlist, hope there will be enough players online anytime you have a bit time to play..and they will be +- at a same level as you ..and of course..they will be willing to play.. of course...mostly you wont have full group..so you can try invite other players or and risk ninjas or just suck it up..and if you are not really that guy who wants or know how to lead guild..you are out of luck..

And even if you will be finally with your group in the game..with current system, there is not time to read names on these labels.. so after each fight..you have to stop..ask..

Look.. I understand what you want to say..but it's not a solution ..it's workaround which mostly wont work unless you will have guild with hundreds of people..you don't even know.. so it basically defeats point why you created guild in a first place.. People wont do that... just so may play in more relaxed way.. they will just quit..this workaround may works for a while for a few people.. but overall.. people wont do that..

actually you would be doing that??

Just imagine this game has instanced loot only and you want for all cost have FFA loot.. Would you create guild just for that? Would you tell to other players that every loot that will drop, they have to pick up..and drop it again and make few steps back..so everyone have chance to pick it up??

Think about it..
