Loot Drops are unrewardingly low

I have 150% rarity. I have "map bosses are hunted by azmeri spirits" I have "Map bosses have 1 addition modifier" x3. I have 20+% increased Rarity of Items dropped by Map Bosses" So literally the most juiced maps possible for bossing.

Add in whatever my waystone modifier is and it should be a loot explosion.

They drop like three tier 2 blues, a couple useable rares for really low levels, two waystones, and maybe an exalt.

That literally makes zero sense. These bosses aren't easy. What's the point in fighting these crazy insane bosses for 5 minutes just to get nothing?


I also have maximum atlas passives for bosses. So difficulty 5 and item level 80+.

I farmed a nexus map with 247% rarity and the result. The map boss only dropped 1 vaal orb. It was very funny.
Also there is a plethora of garbage that my loot filter blocks out. I've been checking and they literally be dropping whites sometimes

Thats just sad. Why would I risk my XP for this trash. At this point I might as well just run white T15's and level to 100... the passive nodes are going to be better than the loot

Man that is not very intelligent, designing around SSF should be a priority if it exists..... They just killing SSF players then?

I was just thinking that they seem to have tweaked drops. Im still in the campaign on cruel and I have seen rare monsters drop a white flask and that's it.

They changed something and didn't tell us. I feel like they said fine, we will fix this and that, but they took half the loot away.

Yes overall drops are horrifyingly low. I'm totally cool with nerfing rarity and the bg group loot bot sessions but end game has been nothing but a slog. I've gotten to 20 towers and completed 10 nexus and have dropped 1 divine and very very little loot of any value, nor found a citadel, have had enough splinters to get either simulacrum or breachstone, and I've done 4 logbooks with no Olroth

I was excited about the recombinator but in the words of Mark "They seriously fucked that up" too. It's a shame they wasted some employees time designing that last minute to cram into the game.

Forget about waystone sustain now the issue is currency sustain. Running exalts and alchemy's in maps to try to get more loot is expensive and rarely seems to provide any reliable boost in the loot. I understand RNG is a thing but if I increase rarity of items and quanity of items and rare monsters, the rare monsters should drop more quantity of rare items, bit this is like mmore augments/transmute and more low tier rare trash.

I do enjoy the content itself, the new maps and mechanics are all good sadditions for the most part (besides wisps, they suck) but it doesn't feel like it will be worth playing for too much longe.

Id give the patch a 2/10 on launch and it's been whittled and chaosed up to a 5/10.

Will GGG have enough splinters, and artificers orbs to take to the currency exchange so they can get a divine to try to reroll their patch again?

What the actual hell is that loot drop. I fought that man for 5 minutes. Died once at level 96 and lost my xp.... this crap aint worth it.
