Loot Drops are unrewardingly low

Unfortunately, if we want to see positive change we must vote with out wallets and our time.

This means not buying that limited edition MTX, and logging out for months at a time as the metrics of money and player retention are what companies use to determine success.

As long as they see people spending money and logging in, they will believe they've got the formula right.
That was also my problem with PoE 2, me and my gf fight giant bosses for 15mins each time and die 5 times and then they drop nothing.. What's the point?I'm not playing again until they fix the loot and complete PC freezes on loading screen.

Loot drops are meh. I guess maybe if you can juice maps to hell and back that's okay, the rest of us are stuck here with no excitement or enjoyment of a reward for our efforts.

Just meh. Game is boring without a reward for a hard fought map clear.

Worst Patch ever. No Loot. Not much Fun. Just Boring

Injustices 3 overlapping towers and spent most of my loot on slamming waystones to get better drops at an almost total loss.

Take a look below at the juiced map loot.

Someone. Anyone justify this image. Why is this fine?

In 100 hours with rarity on most of my gear pieces, running t15 maps exclusively, and doing "difficult content. I have looted like 2 divines orbs, and a bunch of exalts.

The exalts looted are often less than spent on the maps.I mean they are less. The only way I made it out of zero or negative sum is by selling some random jewel that got lucky roll with lucky mod with a regal orb. Ok.

Great game guys, see you in Last Epoch next week.
Yeah, this game is pretty trash right now. IDC if loot isn't raining from the skies, but it's just demoralizing to play this game.

Games are supposed to be fun. I'm not having fun in POE 2 so my option is to quit. GGG does not impress me and I'm going out on a limb and saying it isn't going to get better. You are better off right now waiting a month for the economy to blow up and then pray for a Orb of Divinity when they are worth hundreds of exalts.

If trading is such a big part of the game, they really need an auction house. The website and over wolf app are terrible and clunky. Thousands of useless items and you are lucky to sell anything. The game, if designed around trading, does a really poor job of giving the player the tools to do so. Having to "Tab" out to a website is pretty immersion breaking by a long shot.

IMO Currencies should drop more (up to exalts) and leave the rare ones like they are. It sucks playing the campaign and using level 4 gear at level 30 and so forth because you:

1. Can't find the rares by drop
2. Currency does not drop
3. Trade system is bad

I find myself usually getting to act 3 and around level 35 and feeling extremely burned out. I can't even make it to end game because I already know it's more of the same and there is like only 2 builds that are even worth playing.

Bottom line. The hardcore POE2 supports will disagree, but this game is in a terrible place for longevity. I can even see the dev's dropping it and it never making it to full release. Based on what I've seen so far since EA Launch... very little has been done and the work that has been done, has been terrible for the game.

Prior to this patch it was at least tolerable because the difficulty wasn't as crazy

I was just thinking that they seem to have tweaked drops. Im still in the campaign on cruel and I have seen rare monsters drop a white flask and that's it.

They changed something and didn't tell us. I feel like they said fine, we will fix this and that, but they took half the loot away.

You know, stuff like this is more often tinfoil stuff, BUT in this case, GGG already did such a thing in the past.
They heavily nerfed loot and didn't tell us until the community gathered enough data to say "GGG, we can prove that something is wrong - what have you changed!?", so GGG had to come out and tell us that they "oopsi whoopsi, we changed drop rates UwU, but the changes are not so huge - you only have a wRoNg feeling about it - it's not that bad trololol".
Yeah... only "not so bad" that we caught you in 4k.
