Boots - Make movement speed on boots implicit

I think since POE1 everyone needs movement speed and it is fundamental, who won't come with implicit movement speed that ranges based on item level/ required level?
something like this: Implicit on boots lvl 1-30: 5-15 move speed Implicit on boots lvl 30-78: 20-30 move speed Implicit on boots lvl 78+: 35 move speed I believe the gameplay experience will improve drastically this might counter the long distances users have to travel through areas and 1 more problem off their shoulder Last bumped on Mar 26, 2025, 10:14:12 PM

Boots of a level where they CAN have movement speed but DON'T are worthless. No one uses them, no one trades them. There is no other equipment slot which has a mandatory affix for all classes and builds. |

Boots which don't have movespeed aren't an option under any realistic scenario. |

Just get rid of the damn Movement Speed Affix and make characters move faster baseline. So you can actually do boss mechanics.
As it is right now it's just a mandatory stat on boots. I had so many great boots dropped and crafted with top tier life and resistances and had to straight up vendor them because: No Movement Speed Affix = Unusable Making Movement Speed an implicit is just a bandaid. It would be better than status quo, but it shouldn't be a thing in the first place imo. Just make character's movement speed less atrocious and able to do boss mechanics baseline. |

Would you say every physical weapon should have innate +%physical damage ?
Should every belt have +X charm slot ? Should every chest piece and amulet have +X spirit ? Should every shield have +% block chance ? It seems to me almost everyone want those. |
