100% agree. This is a game the fans didn't want. We wanted a BETTER PoE1. Not whatever this thing is.

PoE 2 was never marketed about being a PoE 1 HD Remake . They always said they were going a different route with the new installment . Get a grip .

First of all, total lie. Don't try to gaslight us, we remember very well this game was originally going to be even in the same client as PoE, both campaigns in the same game with same endgame. The change that this is a different game entirely was revealed just a year ago, when we have been hearing about this game for 5 years now.

Secondly, if this is supposed to be different, then why is the endgame a direct copy of PoE endgame except shit? It doesn't do anything differently, it just copies PoE systems but makes every one of them lame instead of the great fun they are to do in PoE.

They also ignored several conventions blizzard made a decade ago that worked. Full random chance of equipment drops for classes other than your own to encourage trading and using the outside website is terrible. MF and light radius on equipment is a waste of everyone's time. Being unable to control affixes and suffixes when rolling is terrible. Having all of this useless junk without at least one currency tab and a gem tab on new accounts is terrible. Locking skills to weapons, most of which are 2 handed, is terrible. Having to farm and cut gems to into a mock skill systems and then store those items in the stash instead of just using skill points granted per level that are infinitely refundable is terrible. Charging a ton of in game currency to respec is terrible.

They've managed to make the game almost completely unapproachable for someone that wants to engage with their revolutionary gameplay, awesome enemies, and bosses without several deep dives into their systems. Also, forcing autoaim on mouse users is a tragedy.

Wrong, thank god they dont listen to clueless people like you at least. Class based drops is absolutely game ruining.

I already adressed that : they did a 180° at some point ( welcome to project development ) , what a shocker . But keep riding all night long the train GGG stole my cookies how dare they , that fanfare is repetitive and i have sleep to do .

Right? That's what this has spent the last few years being advertised as. That's what I was excited about. THIS? /sigh

This is perhaps the most disappointed I've ever been with a game produced by a company not named Blizzard. Not because there haven't been many games throughout the years which were massive disappointments to their intended audiences, but because these are the games I play and the companies I trusted to develop them. With Blizzard, I now expect a turd sandwich. They used to serve up feasts fit for kings. These days, if they serve me up a ham sandwich, I consider it a win. GGG hasn't even served me a ham sandwich with this one--they've served me a turd sandwich. I was not expecting a turd sandwich from GGG.

I was completely uninterested in PoE 2 when it was still a graphical and content update for PoE 1. If I wanted to play PoE 1 I would play PoE 1.

The only reason I bought PoE 2 is because *it's not PoE 1*. I like the devs vision. The parts that are holding it back are explicitly things that are ported from PoE 1 (trading, crafting, seasons and leagues).

You do realize that PoE 2 is gonna be dead on arrival without all of those things you mentioned right?

I will go out on a limb and answer: no, he doesn't.
cant belive it . its just a f beta testing in wich som peeps payed insted of beein payed . just stop plyin it and supporting it as long they dont fix it ? i did it after getin acces 15 years ago and enjoyed it for years afterwards . its so f simple :D .

I will save your profile just to enjoy the irony in a year or two from now, when you will still have 0 supporter packs and won't have played a single league of PoE2.

Provided, that is, that GGG hasn't completely imploded by catering to worthless leeches like your kind, which I sincerely hope they do, because it will be hilarious.
Love the games. PoE1 way more so than PoE2, but still enjoying both.

Hate the company. The scummy, lying, fake and shitty facade, the excuses, the failures, and most of all, the "Vision".

Keep both of those in mind when reading my posts.

Oh it's okay people, we should consider ourselves lucky they didn't deliver a Sim Racer, they gone done one of them 180's of project development you know, like when uncle Dinglefart ordered a desk and the carpenter done brought him a pair of three-legged chairs after he done some project development and some such. Oh he was happy my uncle, he payed in advance you see, and the him carpenter went and splained the vision to old uncle Dinglefart. Oh 'twas dandy.

You have no arguments and no valid defenses for this games failures. It won't have even 5% of PoE's seasonal playerbase long term if it doesn't change its terrible game mechanics into the working, popular ones from PoE.
Since you are obviously from some Blizzard game, you don't have the context necessary to understand why this game is genuinely bad right now. You've only played absolute trash all your life, how could you know what an actually great game is like.
