Not every game has to be for U. Theres plenty of points of improvement but these vague posts are just salty tears of people being filtered out. Why do you feel so entitled?
Also LMAO to the muskrat glazer.
One cannot help but wonder how such a lust for loot can affect a persons mind. Although these exiles appear to be our salvation, it would not take much for them to turn on us as easily as they fight gods and demons.

Demanding that everyone follows your vision of difficulty is indeed narcissistic. Not everything should cater to your personal needs. Others have their own preferences, and they have much more to lose than you. If you deny them the option to choose an easier difficulty, you risk not only frustrating them but also losing players. This could lead to a loss of customers, and in the end, it will hurt all players
Its not narcististic at all, the game belongs to them. They are free to do with it whatever they want. You may buy what they are selling or not, the choice is yours. You should choose products based on your personal preferences not damand the change of the core design to fit your idea. Soulslike games proved that there is a market for such games. You are not part of it? Sucks to be you than.
We're on a forum dedicated to Path of Exile 2, a place where people can share their feedback on the game, and that's exactly what players are doing: sharing their opinions. Many find the game too difficult and would like an easier mode. You tell them that if they’re not happy, they should go elsewhere. But then, why does GGG ask for feedback if they’re not going to consider players' opinions? I think it's you who wants everyone to follow your ideas and viewpoint. Let people express themselves freely about the game and share their preferences, the forum is there for that. Everyone has the right to voice their opinion, even if it differs from yours. That’s all I wanted to say.

Elden Ring being hard didn't stop casual players from enjoying it. To argue that casuals don't like challenge is a lie. YOU don't like challenge because you don't actually want to play an action rpg. You want to play Cookie Clicker.
Elden Ring rewards you for conquering something.
Nice try elitest.
This isn't an ARPG, its a dungeon crawler larping as a souls game.
If you think PoE 2 is anywhere near the difficulty of souls-likes then you have never played a souls-like. Skill issue.
I never said it was, i said the exact opposite.
But you know that.

They're gonna keep poe1 and poe2 running side by side, some have a point, if you don't like poe2 then don't play it..
And tbh it's not for no lifes? It's just not a game where you can get lvl 90 in a week like in poe1..
This pace is so damn good! even if i only got time to clear through one zone a day i still love every second of it.. Where as you didn't even have to look at poe1 while you played it..
Please don't make this into another poe1..

And how is that a bad thing again? Nioh 2 was a great game but its diablo-loot system was way too simple. Nioh 2 with PoE 2 loot system would be the best game ever made.

Whining that the core design of the game is not what you want is not feedback. "honor system is bad because X,Y,Z" is feedback. Repeating "it doesnt play like PoE1" is not.

It's not about 'whining.' When players express that the game is too difficult and would like an easier mode, that's legitimate feedback. It's not just repeating 'it doesn't play like PoE1'; it's a comment on the current gaming experience and what could be improved to make the game more accessible to different types of players. Saying 'the honor system is bad because of X, Y, Z' is one type of feedback, but what you're overlooking is that every player has different expectations, and it's normal for them to share their preferences. It's not about wanting to change everything, but about finding a balance so everyone can enjoy the game. The forum is here for all kinds of feedback, even if it doesn't align with your views. I don't see the point in continuing to respond. Have a good day.

There is not one constructive criticism in this whole fuking topic.
Can we get to the specifics?
What exactly is hard for you?
How would you fix it?

Thats your problem "expectations". Making a game for everyone is making it for no one. Your ideas are in direct cotradiction of what I and GGG want from a game. Making it "more accessible" would destroy it.

yep that's the exact vibes I've gotten. Punishments all around for casuals. Didn't play 1k+ hours of POE1? You're gonna suffer while the community yells "git gud." Active players have dropped 50% from 600k at launch to 300k as only the try hards that get off to having unwritten knowledge on the game that is necessary to progress are left playing by act 3. Development room is sweaty as he'll I can smell it from the forums.
