Poe 2 - Analysis. Result of Professional deformation and degradation of game design?
" I don't agree with this at all. PoE 2 feels very much like a PoE game, and I can definitly feel a powerspike when I put that all important point into my passive skilltree. More then I did at PoE 1. I honestly think you have a serious case of negativity bias. You're dissappointed that PoE2 is not like PoE1. Because of that you experience everything that's different in a negative way. This part of your essay basically confirms that that's the case: " If that was the case, why are 85% of people liking the game? Honestly, this first couple of days were rough. But since the loot drop patch, the game has been an absolute blast. I've been blasting through the game, and I'm feeling more unstoppable then I've ever felt in PoE1. |

" i myself and one of my very casual real life friends played the cast on freeze comet build. i sat down for one hour today and adjusted my build. dealing damage with eye of winter now, which has a bit lower clearspeed but waaaay better single target damage. also uses way less mana now which allows me to use mind over matter very comfortably now. i myself have a shitton more fun now in comparison to the mindless one button frostbolt spam bullshit before and i am glad GGG nerfed it. also group play is a lot more enjoyable now. only one person can freeze each mob and therefore triggering CoF wasn enjoyable in groups. |
