Please, respect our time when doing such drastic balance changes
The patch to Trigger gems were MASSIVE. I spent the last couple days playing a Invoker and now it is absolutely dead. Not 30%-ish nerfed or something, it's just dead.
I could respec my entire tree, but gold right now is very scarce and ironically I got my character bricked, so I can't use it to farm gold to respec... Early Access is 100% the moment where such changes need to happen fast, but your players are human beings with limited time, so either give them a free respec, reduce respec prices or something else, but please don't just kill builds and let players "pay the price". Agreed I played SRS witch first few days it got bricked then I swapped to trigger on freeze stormweaver purely cause it looked fun now it is also bricked and unplayable I fear if I play another character the same thing will happen kind of over it not even sad or mad just disappointed the fun is gone

How about you roll a new character. They don't need everyone just playing around in maps trying to copy the most recent thing they saw on YouTube.
Being allergic to campaign is a PoE1 symptom. Let's not have it develop in PoE2 as well. |

Or maybe don't assume everyone that got bricked is in endgame? Those people probably have hundreds of thousands of gold anyways.
I've seen late 30s early 40s complaining a lot about how they just blew all their resources making their "cast on X" build even better. And many just saw a good skill and used it in some fashion, not copying some youtube video. Anyways, obviously the folks making this change didn't try playing with the skills they changed or they would know this change literally makes the skills useless. Needing to trigger energy gain 5-30 times more than pre-patch is a crazy nerf. |

I mean, it's Early Access. We all knew this going in, or should have. It feels like a full release because it's already such a complete game, but these reworks are going to happen all the way to release.

" I can promise you that they don't want automated build archetypes, anything that could remotely be considered an, "auto-bomber" or "looping" based build that exist in PoE1. It's antithetical to the core game design. Of having to actually play the video game. So yes, the interaction/archetype doesn't work at all. Pretty sure that's intended. Meta gems are there for minor automation interactions, or supplementary effects that are only needed every few packs. Something along those lines anyway. |

how about not wasting 30+ hours on character that is going to get bricked unplayable by flick of a switch...
when you can see that any time an actual fun build becomes viable it get immediatelly shut down into oblivion, why the hell should i waste my time trying again just to get the same result before i can even get the build up and running ... its literally the definition of insanity, trying the same thing over and over again expecting the different result its painfully obvious now GGG is using this EA not to create fun gameplay experience but to weed out any and all fun builds to leave only slow borting slog in well they can do that without me running on the hamster wheel im done ... |

" I'm not "allergic", this is my 3rd character in PoE 2. However, I don't wanna feel forced to play another character or build every 2 or 3 days just because GGG decided to nuke something without providing a free respec. Also, be nicer. We're all just trying to have a good time and provide feedback. |
