If someone get access to your PoE account it means that your e-mail account has been compromised as well.

which mean that you are either been using the same old password everywhere and some websites you used maybe 5 years ago got compromised and you ended up on the Chinese hackers's massive username/password list.

if you are 100% sure you never used the same password for both PoE and your e-mail, it would mean that they some how gained access to your e-mail account first and they requested a PoE password change using it.

Either way I fail to see how it's GGG's faults if the hackers needed access to your e-mail account in the first place to be able to log in your poe account.

tl;dr: Your email account has been compromised stop blaming GGG and get your shits together sons.

No, hackers need access to your e-mail account, their is no way that you can hold GGG's accountable for someone gaining access to an external e-mail account.

It's your own responsibility to keep your e-mail account secured period.

Everyone who gets hacked follows all the safety measures, they never download anything, their password is unique and not easy to guess and so on. Yeah, right.

Yeah bout the only thing i like about Gmail but it makes it pretty damn near impossible to get into unless they have your cell phone for the SMS code :)

I prefer "password123" myself, or sometimes "opensesame," but if I want to really protect my computer I use something really obscure like "gandalf" or "frodo".

It's their fault they got hacked.

lol 100+ pages in the hacking accounts thread and people still think there is no problem. Even if the users were to blame ggg should have added some kind of security questions or something like that alredy. time for them to protect the stupid users that seem to be asking to get hacked right? -_-
