Fun is such a subjective thing though. POE 1 hardcore players find it fun to blitz through POE 1 maps while not even seeing what is happening when everything is automatically triggered - i found that boring. Some of the POE 1 players find the slower pace "dodge - hit - dodge - hit" gameplay of POE 2 boring while i find it fun, engaging and the overall loop addicting.

The fact that most of PoE 1 players are crying on the forums and the subreddit invalidates your opinion. They just want to make a good game and people will play it anyway. If they wanted to make the most money, they would make a game most PoE 1 players would be interested in. Of course they made the game to make money, but money is clearly not their highest priority.

I'm a player, dota player, pubg player, souls game player, sc2 player, Diablo4 player, wow player, HS player, Poe player, mobile game player, PC gamer, PS gamer. I play all type of games. Don't categorize me or other people as "Poe1 player". This game is made for all player doesn't matter if they are poe1 player or not.

I'm in this forum because I played POE and now I also play POE2, 16 hrs in 2 days is not short.

I'm here right now because I was playing it earlier and the game was not fun, that why I quit it and come here to express my opinion.

After 2 days of absolute slog to try and push through the campaign, I don't feel like my time is respected at all.

I can speak for the majority when numbers and common sense prove me right.

This game has already gone through multiple closed beta tests. If you think they'll change everything and rebuild the gameplay fundamentals from the scratch, just because a bunch of salty PoE 1 players are mad about it, you are the delusional one.
