Loot is awful

So why did they remove orb of alteration ?, most of the early gearing would bee solved if we could re roll magic mods,so am trying to understand the point for removing orb of alteration.

Is it to spend currency on crafting or to horde it or to spend on that perfect blue item that you pick up or use transmute / agumentations on to regal and exalt slam it?

cause 98 % of the loot you find from monsters are trash so the argument well its less bloat of items that drop, polishing a turd is still a turd

It's very rough for certain classes (monk for example) to get going, I'm at the end of act 3 as a monk and the ball is finally starting to roll a little due to lucky gambling drops.

It's either hoping for a good ish drop, yellows barely drop anyway or spending your money to gamble it away hoping to get something decent... Or crafting but I don't seem to be getting much luck with that also, everything within the table seems a bit undertuned to me

Love the game so far :)

Maybe we are supposed to gamble every last piece of gold we get for gear, but it feels very dystopian
