Yeah. I miss it too. Many new cool different builds to try and make. Some i had the ideas but I just didn't got the time to do. Needed a few more mixes in the trees.

I won the first fight very easily. The next fights I could barely do anything before I lost. Balancing is non existant.

Just tried the league mechanic for the first time, it's kinda fun.
I've lost one matchup so far.
I'm trying to play defence and filling out my attack and flank spots first so my team will go take out their totems.

Those little dog creatures that go invisible are a pain.

just tried it now for the first time. lvl 64. none of the rewards looked good so i choose the one that was the best out of them all. it was 2 chaos orbs. i lost and got nothing.

basically not worth doing unless they make it worthwhile by adding better rewards

It's a cool idea, it's a cool concept, but it sucks in execution. I have a feeling that a folks tried it at low levels, got trucked, and decided to move on with life and either ignore the league mechanic or ignore PoE all together.

I'm enjoying it but it has many of the same problems that Sanctum did (even though I loved Sanctum)

that being that its a rendition of another game type, but feels a little like the developers researched that game type rather than playing it themselves.

the rewards are based on ranks

i get divines, 6 links, 5+ chaos, 5+ awakened sextants and other rewards

also some good stuff items, like making white sockets on equip or max number of sockets on equip

i get one shot by enemies because they are lvl 83 but i still manage to win most of the fights

i cant even tell what is killing me or what type of damage it is. and this is in act 10 so yeah i will have zero chance in maps.

This is actually one of the reason why I stopped play after 8 years. Game and mechanics became way to complicated for non English speakers. I stopped to understand what is actually going on. Yes I'm 50 years old and my brain is not so good as before but usually I understand easily 95% of games which I'm playing. This game went out of my league. Last drop was exalts nerf. :-(

I mean even if English is your first language the mechanics make no sense most of the time unless you go find a guide for it. I still don't know how Betrayal works after so long.
