Notice how they had to explicitly state "...there are of course some small nerfs".
The ambiguity here is that they probably consider nerfs like taking away mana reservation masteries as small. Even though they effect the entire community to the point where it's 1-2 less auras, it's just a wee passive laddy! No one can hear you poop in the forrest.

There's only few reasons behind this, you guys are afraid of backslash , please really listen to players, not keep on forcing your vision forcefully on players.
After all, we are the one playing n supporting your game. No players = dead game. Stop nerfing builds, please buff skills, notables, and DROP RATES. Fix the league mechanic overlapping latency n fps drops which has been not fixed over 6 years. | |

Why im hardly surprised, since player feedback does not matter and reddit/forum yapping didnt really do or achieve anything in the past, they thought, why would we give any info since its going to just make players unhappy and impact revenue.
Over the years, manifestos were spitted upon not because of numbers but bad information delivery/hidden nerfs or vital (loot nerf) info missing. But oh well, for sure white knights are happy and more awesome mtx will be delivered. |
