I suspect the reason you're not progressing this specific challenge is because you're too good at the Sanctum mechanic, if that makes sense. Nobody in their right mind would willingly pick up some of these major afflictions, a few of them can almost single-handedly brick an entire run (Veiled Sight, Catpurse, etc), so if you're playing intelligently and consistently reaching/beating the 4th floor you presumably know to avoid things like this.

If you get to 39/40 and just have this challenge left, the easiest way to fill it in is to go out of your way to make terrible choices and just reset the sanctum after the first floor.

As for major boons, it seems you can find quite a bit in the Pact Rooms and sometimes merchant sells some but very rarely. I would farm Pact Rooms to get as many major boons as you can. Again doing this method, I do see the same major boons come up more often...I've probably gotten all seeing eye is in almost every run I get, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ONES THOUGH?

The best way to do this is to spam no mods maps ( any tier) run to sanctum then tp out and again, like robot. Very interesting gameplay. Then you need to find PACT rooms and prey gods for not completed MAJOR buff/debuff.

If you decided to play as it should be, to choose rewards and etc you will not be able to complete this challenge till the end of league.

Also It can be bugged by GGG, like many other challenges, some kind of artificial time gate. The same story as blade traps in Ultimatum league or ritual in the current league.

So I hope GGG will fix this challenge ... I hope...

Came to say this. Major boons can be purchased from Divinia, but major afflictions can only come from pacts.
