Lag spikes since 3.20

this year GGG dropped more packages than santa
If external programs can fix this than surely it isnt my provider right? Some random ass programm just changes my routing and boom it works? Seems to me like ggg could solve that problem as well

WinMTR v0.92 GPL V2 by Appnor MSP - Fully Managed Hosting & Cloud Provider

Any clues with what could be causing my issues? I'm no networking expert, just followed GGG's guidance and got the WinMTR report.

In game, I'll run at a smooth 35ms, then spike to 3000+, then abruptly return to 35ms and everything goes super speed and I frequently die. Very annoying.

@Methysis that issue is on your providers side pretty certainly. also post your mtr traces in pastebin, that formatting is annoying to read.

well no, it's the other way around. If a "vpn" solution is used and then everything works then you have just proven that it's not a GGG issue because then no matter what you do it shouldn't work.........
Me, my brother and a friend of ours are having insane lag spikes since 3.20. Everyone Telekom-GER aswell.
Not having any lags playing other games.
My provider is also Telekom-GER and ever since 3.20 came out im havin lag spikes like hell.

Allthough i have every 2nd league problems with lag spikes, how come that no one from ggg came up with a solution?
Also have extreme lagspikes since 3.20, but only in the evening. During the day it is perfectly fine, after 7pm it is unplayable.
Interestingly enough, when I zone into Sanctum, I have no lag whatsoever and ping around 10ms. As soon as I zone back to my map, I have spikes to the 600s every few seconds.

When I have a bit more time, I will try with the PS5 Version to see if the issue there is the same as well.

Except it didnt prove that, because it is the only game i need this for so it does seem to be path of exile. I think this is the same thing others reported. Only POE acts up like this
well me and some friends from brazil / argentine we have the same problem
when we join a random map sometimes ms skipes to 130 140ms and sometimes when
we do other map the MS is normal.
for us this start in 3.20 because we never have this problem before.
