3.20 NERFS PREDICTIONS

they definitely nerfing mageblood/aegis.

Probably nerfing aura effect stacking and flask effect stacking.

Probably nerfing crafting by adding like 50 new suffixes and prefixes for literally no reason.

I'm sure they'll find a way to nerf Harvest again.
+1

My money is on the yellow crafts, probably "Map does not consume sextant charges" mod will get more expensive or removed. They might reduce the lifeforce dropped by harvest mobs also.

Not sure it will be next league, but at some point the gem scaling for spells is going to take a hit.

Its almost always the best choice, to the point there are uber boss killer builds using cold iron point because its that much stronger than other stats.
lightning strike obviously, it's very popular

I'm sure they'll nerf the leveling and single target of lightning conduit even though it felt bad to play

Inquisitor is meta so ya it's getting nerfed
what else do people like that they will have to remove?

They like legion this league, so that's getting gutted I'm sure.

mageblood? probably

aegis? probably

they'll probably reduce the rate of watchers eyes dropping to 0.5% because most builds use them

This league is 100% going core though, everybody hated it.

Not without some profound changes.

It's too easy to avoid if it goes core as is.

They'll have to change it so that you get put into a randomly generated lake when you enter a map if you roll the league mechanic, and have to clear it before you go into the map itself.

But remember this is not "What do you think is OP", its what do you think GGG will do.

Im not saying its OP, just heavily used this league, which is what they target for nerfs.

BY FAR the most accurate way to predict nerfs is just check top skills, supports, uniques, and skills taken here
https://poe.ninja/challenge/builds

(Few exceptions, most builds use watchers eye, because it is flexible, stuff like that will stay.)

Honestly I think this is actually how they do nerf things. They look at what players are doing, players usually find the most efficient route, and GGG nerfs that. They probably are just browsing this site when they choose what to nerf.

I know I'm late to this thread and sorry if anyone feels I should not dig out older days comments to respond to ( its just 2 days ? ) --- but I do have 1 question rise up when I read to this comment :

If that's the case with GGG , are they - purposely - like to mess around with players ? so instead of newer content --- by stirring on what are players now enjoy with, to create the sense of "I have to work on more this game/build to have/found the fun in it" ?

And with time and effort invest in - that they think - players have more engagement means they will be willingly pay more on skins and effects on their MTA ?

The font used in AN mod descriptions will be reduced to 2pt.

I dont know, it could be that.

They could say - lets constantly move around the top skills, not just for skins, but because it will be more fun for players if the top skill is not the same for 20 leagues in a row.

Or, you could justify another way - players tend to find the path of least resistance, the lowest hanging fruit. The skills where you maximize results for unit of effort. GGG nerfs this for balance reasons, they don't want there to be low hanging fruit, they want all skills to be ok but not much better than others.

Or maybe a mix of both?
don't give them idea
