3.20 NERFS PREDICTIONS

I love that molten strike is on there =)

But other guaranteed nerfs


-Lightning conduit (extra damage per 10% shock, currently 5%)
-Heatshiver (added fire = half of chill, 50% more if frozen down from 100%)
-Annihilating Light (now 50% chance to triple, down from 100%)
-Nerf essence nodes on atlas passive tree (too deterministic)
-Elemental Overload (now 20% more, down from 40%)

Yes Determination probably 20-35% nerf.
EO nerf lmao whats that one about Trixxar, crit is the undisputed king of dps are you going for DoT is OP and its an easy way to address ignite? People would just switch to crit and get the low base multiplier for a crit instead.
But remember this is not "What do you think is OP", its what do you think GGG will do.

Im not saying its OP, just heavily used this league, which is what they target for nerfs.

BY FAR the most accurate way to predict nerfs is just check top skills, supports, uniques, and skills taken here

(Few exceptions, most builds use watchers eye, because it is flexible, stuff like that will stay.)

Honestly I think this is actually how they do nerf things. They look at what players are doing, players usually find the most efficient route, and GGG nerfs that. They probably are just browsing this site when they choose what to nerf.

-2 Cleave range as it proved to be too strong.
Determination is fine, Molten Shell is the problem, so just Molten Shell should be nerfed (and probably Aegis Aurora too).

Technically not a nerf, but we should embrace even more RNG. Any kind of uplevelling should have a chance of changing the base type. E.g. your character class could change, your skill/support gem might change, etc.

Reason for change: There's no anxiety associated with uplevelling. It's always a positive feeling and completely deterministic.

Also, I really want to see someone post a clip of an empower gem that changed to an ele prolif or similar when it levelled to level 3. :D

An idea being terrible or unwanted never stopped GGG before when they saw an opportunity to add RNG.
