I can't believe this game still runs like garbage after all this time. (Get the new engine already)

I haven't played in a long while, but when I see post like a 2080 and up is over kill for this game I laugh so hard, while maybe sitting in your HO you may reach decent frames, but when you have 100 mob spawn this game is total trash keeping your fps to decent even with that little thingy enable which I don't think even works. I have a 3080 ftw3 and it still drops super low fps. When is this game going to get a new engine. As much money as people have put into this game they have enough money to make 10 new engine games easy by now? Get off this old non optimized engine and lets get with the new already.

Poe performance tanked when delirium was released, and performance has been on a decline ever since. Forget about it, all we can hope for is improvements in 4.0

Stroggly disagree. Theirs advaced devlopemented enginezation. This is a PROFESONALY game, I have quadrupaled-poweredly hard core pc with advandcedly memorizated card, overcupped graphic mtx procesoring, actuly plyer mouse with sensitively butoned optionizing,cooling supresion with hhddd mother boarded, you take layred defeces, optimizized virusatack and best marketized pro gear. I can prety much fully juicing and still defaultack Siriusblack no probelem.
Obviousy theirs hardwarring issue. |

Again, its not optimization problem, its the amount of shit problem. Engine is fine, no other engine can handle PoE. To many effects, to many monsters, to fast attacks. Cut everything by 90% and you will have good fps with no drops.

You canot cut drops because their thusands of tons of intrestingly pathofbuding, having it so that drops make intrestingly optionizing for plyer wich picking to up.

" Funny how easy it is to spot someone who has literally no clue how the game or coding works. A new engine won't fix anything, it is almost certainly going to make things worse, literally no game will throw around as much as PoE dose because the other engines can't handle it so much so that they don't even attempt it for the most part, all of their "optimization" is to dumb down mechanics if not outright remove them. So sure lets port it to a new engine, costing hundreds of thousands of dollars for a worse experience which will cause them to loose supporters. Ancestral Bond.
