Even with a tanky build, it feels wrong when Maven/Eater/Searing Exarch are miles easier than your average rare monsters ... and don't get me started on ground degens ...

Archnemesis mods are not entirely flawed.

This would still be fine with the concept of : Archenemesis rares being rare mini bosses that the player CHOOSE to fight. What GGG did that is bad is :

1/ remove player agency on when / what choose to fight against
2/ removing the rewards associated with Archenemsis rares.

If they had implemented the whole archnemesis in the core game while keeping old rares it would have been okish.
Path of Exile is a Casino for gambling addicts.
Gambling is not fun nor a game mechanic...

In all the years of playing Path of Exile, this league has been quite a struggle. Even with a top-tier build that has decent gear a lot of content is unplayable because of archnemesis mods.

Adding these mods without decent testing was a big mistake GGG made. Tweaking the numbers of the modifiers also isn't going to change their mechanics. It's the off-screen casting/attacks and on-death effects that are the big issue.

Getting hit (and killed) by 20+ poison orbs that follow you because my minions killed a magic pack, or scout towers in a blighted map is not oké!!

Introducing new ground effects/ailments we can't defend against is not oké!!
-> Cold snap ailment -> 81% cold resistance doesn't seem to do anything.

Even after the immunities removal, some monsters take way too long to kill. Some essences take me longer to kill than Eater of worlds or Searing Exarch the "new" end game bosses. Especially when empowered with sentinels.

I don't enjoy this league.
I logged on to do a map before work...

found a 3/4(?) essence mob in a t12 or something map...

I literally could not even get close enough to see it on my screen due to the instant & constant mass scree-wide aoe's it was doing (bleed balls that split/chaining fire lines, etc) on top of ridiculous regening ES.

Spent literally 10 minutes whaling on a BLUE expedition mob yesterday, spamming frost bomb. It healed so much, that's how long it took.
It's not fun, just tedious.

The game is just broken trash now.
Every time I log on, I end up exiting feeling the same...
I was typing out a long and detailed post but just couldn't be bothered. Do unto the league, as the league has done unto you.

Archnemesis changes are an outright failure, simple as that. They should be consigned to the rubbish bin of bad ideas. They contribute nothing of value and only undermine the core game.
i just quited the league and gived all me stuff to friend to etleast try get in red maps i am done bothering with the stupid archnemesis mods the mana sifoner .... i just say no !! till you remove the crap mods or rework them
Please-Please-Please remove Arcnem mods! Please turn the Game back!
