It's really unfortunate how the server feels so integral to playing the game, especially in trade league, while being so excessively horrid. GGG can't do much about it sadly unless they suddenly started offering their own equivalent, and I doubt they'd want to spend the time moderating it. I've been trying to use it less and less as, since I use discord for a million other things, I have my face as pfp and I get spammed with male genitalia or sexual harassment DMs every time I as much as try to sell an incursion map. But again, the only real solution we have is to stop using it, which sucks because of it being such an important trading ground for services.

Even if GGG made a better trading system it wouldn't stop people from making a discord server such as TFT to sell high end items and/or full builds.
GGG isn't forcing anyone to use TFT, people are choosing to do so themselves and they would continue too even if anything changed. They can't do anything about peoples choices, nor about TFT. It would exist even if we had an auction house and if it didn't then another form of TFT would. It's 2022 for crying out loud. |
