Did people care about Steam stats before the 3.15 nerf?

game dead. again!

it's intentional, ggg designed leagues as races for chase items and market domination and being the first bragging with mirrors on reddit and it just works.

there are few racers that keep racing once they crossed the finishing line: those who keep going are mostly those that got lost on their way, never intended to finish or decided to drive a car with no tires for any weird reasons.

man i like car comparisons :)
age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!
Let's see:
1. Lazy league mechanic from GGG side
2. The league inventory is too small, no auto sort, micromanagement as it is second job etc.
3. The trading system after almost 10 years still sucks
4. Most of the atlas tree points are not working
5. Play 24h per day or else be happy to farm white maps
6. No build diversity anymore because of the mana changes at 3.15
7. Chris vision is still strong

It is miracle that POE still has that numbers of players.

P.S. i can't wait for LA to open the gates for us (casual players).

P.S. Let the botters, price flippers and streamers be the only gaming population in this online casino simulator

Not as much, mostly because there weren't so many people unhappy with the game's direction.

To play the devil's advocate, and because I've gotten sick of the "you can't compare small patch numbers to big patch ones:"

Ritual - day 1 - 157k
Ritual - day 6 - 117k

Archnemesis - day 1 - 158k
Archnemesis - day 6 - 90k

But hey, Lost Ark isn't going to have any impact on PoE, right?

Nice.

To be fair, with this kind of number, from GGG point of view, they will feel a little financial pain but will still survive and be kicking for years to come... Since most money were made early or a week before the league I heard.

It feels bad when the game doesn't care about you. But it is what it is I guess.
I only agree with #5, but they seem to be working on it so we won't have a scourge scenario.

Game looking fine to me.
Second-class poe gamer
Friday and Saturday are the big days so your post is disingenuous. Let's see where POE peaks today before claiming numbers. But yeah POE is being impacted by Lost Ark more than it would have been by Cyberpunk imo. Delaying their league back then set them up for this matchup.

You don't know who quit or didn't quit, so don't pretend you do.
