Microsoft bought Blizzard...GGG next?

I hope MS buys over, in hopes that changes made every league would make more sense. They just had to to go 3.14 3.15 direction and then chris had to start talkin to streamers which is kinda sad.
`Spent 2 mirrors on my build, but I'm only Level 98.` LOL
`From just quick sweep of your characters, toxic rain, golems .. sure, non meta... sure.` LOL
`What are divs?`
$68b without a doubt, Microsoft got massively ripped off. Must be far left decision makers. To put things into perspective, Disney bought Star Wars for $4b. None of Actiblizz games are top tier, all many years out dated. RIP MS, u made uncle bobby an even richer scumbag.

AND MSG will be compelled to continue the tradition of overpricing every single thing on their store, with box prices likely going higher for years to justify the enormous price tag.

Nothing is ever free.

The only upside I can see here is that MSG sees how degenerative the working conditions are in CA and moves all the development operations out of state.
Do people think a bit before they write these posts?

Riped off? Activision owns Candy Crush and that thing alone makes more revenue than all Blizzard games combined. The whole game is on the mobile market not on the Pc market

Candu Crash made 1.1 billion in revenue in 2020. You still thing they got ripeed off?

Call of Duty is outdated and not top tier?

Overwatch isn't top tier?

Their App game sales are their top product, and probably why Microsoft wants them. Anything Phone is something Microsoft wants to increase a digital profile.

Bliz/Act makes 2.08 billion 2021. $68 bil is a fair price for all its assets and intelligence.

It still mystifies me how the hell Candy Crush does that. When there's so many better mobile games available, how does that relic continue to win out? This isn't some mobile gaming hate post either, it's just that there's so many more fleshed out and interesting games even on mobile. Candy Crush is such a basic ass game that it should have died out years ago, yet it's still making billions.

Well u basically answered it urself. It's the most basic game, so everyone can play it.

From my experience, Candy Crush is literally played by everyone with a phone, who wouldn't play any other games at all. The 40+ year old moms who have like 10 minutes before the kids come home or even the grannies that wait for their grand childrens whatsapp replies.

It's easy, it's addicting and it has a punishing monetization. (pay to continue or start all over again, wasting all that little spare time u have)

Think about how many people would pay GGG, if there was a payed option to get ur XP back after dying.

Most milenials dont want "flashed out" games on mobile. Those are for kids. The 35+ moms is bigger market then you can imagine.
Well if they can throw down 70 billion for such a garbage packet, I wish they spent a low 500 mill, enough to buy GGG and make a Poe MMO
