Anyone else find this absolutely hilarious?

The most expensive item in poe history,
by far, without any competition,
is a item that makes players NOT having to press their flasks.

Like what does that say about the game core design when people are willing to farm or even rmt $$$ their ass off, just to NOT play a stupid flask piano?

I think it's time to totally redo the flask system.
Having such insane dmg spike that make you go from 90 to 10% life up and down ten times per second while spamming flasks is just bad, and the price of mageblood indirectly reflects this. I don't know but I guess the most builds using it are ci or some with insane regen/leech that don't rely on life flasks, since yea yea it only applies utility flasks.

I would have reworked flasks with something like class thematic racial skills / abilities. A ascendancy type selection of abilities that players get every 10 levels starting from 1.. 10.. 20.. etc. unlocking more modifers as they go.
No extra spam power creep stuff, just situational long cd stuff.
Huge dmg or survivability buffs, speed, rarity and quantity for loot farmers, over the top max cap raiser for skills, a million things you can do with this.

You can choose 5, replacing the flask slots 1-5 and modify these in the tree, lower cd, more charges, duration, dmg, higher effects, etc.

But flasks could seriously just be ditched at this point.
Have everyone start with highly increased life/mana/es regen and buff monster life for that matter.

Hyperbole doesn't strengthen your argument. Yet, Mageblood is a very sought after item. People charge what other people seem to be willing to pay.
TLDR Flasks are terrible. Which is why I'm bad and refuse to piano. I just carry my Health and QS potions and use when needed.
I bet mageblood is the first step, and there will be a weaker version of it coming out.

Like flasks have 50% impact and apply constantly, with a much higher drop rate.

It would still be the best options for many builds.
not the best rolled but they are always up for me so this is kind of a cheap way of doing it try it out?
3.26 when?
Don't abandon us. don't turn your backs on the ones loving poe.
mageblood is also great for things like res and curse/stun/corrupting blood immunity

When did Enklinding Orb become so expensive?
Hmm not quite the same.
its not just about 'dont have to push them'

its also 'these flasks NEVER RUN OUT'

permanent uptime, even in instances where you are hard pressed to gain flask charges, like Maven/Sirus.

then you add on enkindling orb effects that say '60% increased effect, X reduced duration', and you get that upside too.

you really must be out of your mind to not see the power effect of mageblood.

This is why it costs so much...

Prolly they will add some div cards to get it more easy and drop the price.
