Still won't slow the monster down? This monster is moving too fast!! I have 25% movement speed, estimate monster has 35 movement speed. Can't run faster than the monsters

Tier 3 Scourge doesn't stop the gear from being utter trash, though.

T3 scourge drops huh? Interesting. Hopefully this makes Tainted Chaos orbs more appealing for use, as well as tainted ex. If you get a good scourge drop (more likely now with T3 scourge) you have an excuse to use that currency to try and roll something better suited for your needs affix wise.
Might be wishful thinking though. | |
