Just because you're stating defenses were nerfed, that doesnt mean it's true, its exactly the opposite, defenses were buffed.

This league is absolutely nothing like a tower defense, theres no one helping you, theres no waves of enemies coming at you, but you can keep lying to yourself if you feel like, no one's gonna believe that bs :)

Wow, this prove exactly how powerful dodge is.
Recently is for the past 4 secs, imagine without being hits for 4 secs, when you are constantly fighting monsters shooting projectiles from everywhere.

This invincibility is being too powerful, the nerf of the above effect is no reason for dodge not to be nerfed.

A better solution for the above effect is to reduce recently for only that effect to be the past 2 secs. And reduce the buff effect, because 2 secs is alot easier to achieve.

Side note: Block(all the Gladiators)/Dodge is definitely being nerfed there is not question about that whether or not GGG says there is no nerf this league.
All they did was making a mistake on making a promise. So don't make this mistake next time.

trickster dead glad dead minion builds dead aura stacker dead melee dead guess there is no builds this league and i thought 3.15 was bad

Or maybe, "not being hit recently" isn't supposed to be easy to maintain in such situations to begin with, so there's no further change needed.

Any build that requires updating their life flasks as a core mechanic is irremediably broken at level 50 now. I don't understand why you're so against making the campaign funny.

Even Chris complained that many characters only do two gear swaps, (leveling gear and map-ready gear). If you want to address this you need to make the campaign fun, and there are not that many builds that level well and do endgame well (straight out, most require enabling uniques).

What is the point on killing a build made specifically to make the campaign smooth, without compromising end-game viability on the tree? (if you want to know the details of PBRF, check my messages on the last three manifestos).

Please, GGG, compromise on Sanctified Flask. It never made sense that it had higher recovery rate than the next tier, but at 1.5 seconds duration it can't be salvaged. It's hard to maintain an equilibrated progress when levelling items aren't.

Also, halving the duration of all flasks makes necessary a way to obtain itemlevel 1 Divination Life Flasks. Please, allow them in the vendor recipe chain.

Alternatively, review the life recovery rate of hybrid flasks (which is absurdly low, leave it comparable to 3.15 life flasks values please), and guarantee at least one on sell on every NPC from act 2 onwards.

I feel like you've misunderstood something...

The flasks are going to restore the exact same amount of life in half the time.

Are you a Righteous-Fire only player or something?

For 99% of builds, this is strictly a buff.
You know - GGG, you did awesome surprising us with early patch notes.

But with the changes to the tree that certainly are going to hit POB hard, can you release the tree and JSON early as well, so those guys at least have a head start in overhauling the tree to include the masteries?

I would imagine that coding is going to take a while, so any help you can give them would be awesome.
