Was harvest over nerfed?
still good imo, essence stacks swaps, fragments, already made over 300c just from rolling cluster and jewels and i'm not even a pro at this stuff. Still able to use to roll some gears as well, will I be able to craft gear from previous league nope, but it still useful feature.

I was okay with all of the nerfs except the chance of seeds not giving a craft, which I was expecting to completely ruin any chances of even seeing any of the augment mods at all, just like it seem to have done.
Still seem to be getting even less crafts than I was expecting though, on average it feels like a 75% or higher reduction. I wonder why we even need the grove at all now, GGG could just as well just condense it to a single plot with guaranteed crafts and put it right into the maps directly instead at this point. If this is the way harvest is going to be moving forward then I wish they would vastly increase the horticrafting limit at least so we can just store up like 10+ harvests worth of rerolls and and do the crafting in the hideout instead of interruping the mapping. They definitely changed the weighting of some of the harvest crafts. I just saw a 9x chaos patch. I've never seen a patch with that many chaos crafts before.
The nerfs aren't that bad. There is good reason why harvest crafts are still similar in price. Even for ssf, haekwark hamlet is still the best region to farm, because you can spec into both harvest nodes AND essence nodes. Between these 2 side content, if you still can't craft decent shit the problem is definitely you. |

The only reason why I enter groves are for the challange, because it's a currency loss to enter and do groves (even free ones).

" +1 gotta agree with this. At its current state it is pretty much useless and a big waste of time. ggg, Just remove it entirely if you're not going to balance it properly for christs' sake! |

Yes.
I'm an average player. Before the Harvests were essentially an easy way for me to upgrade my maps to rare quality. I didn't understand the deeper crafting mechanics that seemed to break crafting on a larger scale. I delved into it a bit last league but I wasn't around that long. Now the Harvests just seem completely useless and a total waste of my time. I've yet to see any useful crafting recipes in them. They're basically just slightly targeted Alchemy orbs now. I can spend the time doing the Harvest and I maybe get like 5 alchemy orbs worth of value. It's not worth my time. Of course there's always a chance for one of those overpowered recipes to pop up but yeah, I've yet to see any this league. I basically do them just to upgrade maps and reroll any Stygian Vises I have. |

Even the streamers that defended the nerfs are hovering back from their opinion on Reddit. It will not take long until their followers change mind too. Harvest was the best mechanic this game has ever witnessed and 3.13 was probably my most played patch in History. I played it to the very last minute and gladly would have thrown my money at GGG with supporter pack purchases if they would have kept Harvest as is. It made standard a flourishing paradise like garden Eden. Or to picture it different Harvest made the game into a hot party with pools, champaign, bikinis and Rapstars. You can imagine Harvest in 3.13 felt like: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Cgoqrgc_0cM&t=6s Now the game feels a bit like a abadoned desert city from the wild west times after the gold rush ended that you can see in a lost places TV documentary. " Cool! More power to ya! Way too much effort for me though. I'm better off using the essence zana craft. Cheaper and less complicated :P |
