Deep delving endgame will not be dead like the OP says if Deli Orbs are rare and expensive.

A lot of people have pointed this out on Reddit and Youtube videos already but you can still get a ton of Delirium-layered maps by running maps in the zone that has the atlas mod "maps have 10% chance to drop with layers of delirium."

They don't just drop with 1 layer, they can drop with any number of layers. With many of the good atlas passives being removed from the game that zone might be pretty good this league. Every time a map with delirium drops that saves you 1+ horrific instance of having to use the trade site!

Now that Blighted maps scale rewards with difficulty you can also consider those as an alternate endgame. You can probably make those pretty hard with 8 mod corruptions. We'll have to see.
