I never played it so will pre-order based on peoples nostalgia for it I've heard here..offine mode is cool too since I've always played with 60-80 pings here making game always feel like it had terrible performance. Git R Dun!

Ok so I'm not impressed enough to cough up a preorder for it. I want to see gameplay and actual reviews, lots of them, I've seen the warcraft 3 remaster.
Having the extra stash is ok but people will still be running mules lol. Also it still has stamina? Oof dealbreaker right there. Also there is no new content there tf are you on about new classes and items, it's D2 with a visual rehaul and some (but not enough) QOL. Will play it at some point for sure but c'mon. IF Diablo 4 actually impresses and doesn't get relegated to Failblo 3 status, that might be legit competition to PoE "2"...
Do not underestimate Diablo as a franchise, it still holds more sway than PoE EVER REACHED OUTSIDE OF CHINA... A "proper remaster" to Diablo 1 would also be epic, as that dark gothic atmosphere combined with real difficulty progression would make an ARPG "complete" experience... The Diablo 4 gameplay though shows speed to rival PoE, interesting combo potential, and a "seamless experience" from a technical standpoint... And the funny thing is, Diablo 4 will also provide a better experience regarding "fluidity" compared to PoE "2", if only due to their new engine and the way they work with their server capabilities... Remember that Diablo 3 reached MILLIONS of players for FULL COST, and it's still played these days... Just giving the game "for free" with the caveat of it NOT WORKING AS INTENDED will do PoE "2" more disservices than making it subscription based/full price iterations... PSS: Our almighty TencentGGG overlords are very scrupulous regarding criticizing their abilities to take proper decisions and consider everything "needlessly harsh and condescending"...

wow offline mode lol happy duping everyone.dont get me wrong d2 is a legend,but do you really think they will focus in a remaster game while they developing d4?it will be a good cash cow cause of the nostalgic factor nothing else..poe is the titan now and dont have to worry about a outdated old dinosaur that lost most of his teeth thanks to blizzards incompetence..Poe 2012-2021 getting new content every 3 months.Diablo 3 2012-2021 Every Season they Change the Set Effects and add a season buff but thats not new content in my eyes..why should i reward a company that is lazy and gives a f.. at the opinions from their playerbase?

wow @ some people not realizing what remastered means. Of course there's nothing new.
"Huur just Baal runs" well I guess you didn't do much then because there isn't enough hours in the day with pvp, 0soc farming, baal runs, level boosting pugs, item farming and actually farming OPEN world for items, not in some instance. It will be huge only if they don't mess it up and don't add extra balancing for no reason. Things like enigma, fast teleporting all of that pace was D2. To me the gameplay look really slow. I hope they do it properly, I don't have much faith going on their track record for remakes. I just want D2 with better graphics and modern game/friend search function. Nothing else needs changing because then it's not D2. Oh and here is the blackpill the D2 community and population is still healthy and bigger than D3 lol.
