Your number one reason for wanting to play POE ?

Becuse there aren't enough ARPG's in my generation and i want to see what they are becoming

not enough decent ARPGs out there, D3 is a game I'm heavily turned off by for many reasons

so I would like to see this game do well, so with Grim Dawn, and Torchlight 2, probably the only few decent ARPGs to really consider, but both are still some way away. but still, the ARPG market is shrinking as many big budget title4s seem to focus on FPS then anything else. so yeah, PoE another game that's now been added to my play list

Not able to p2p (d3) and looking for gothic like game with adult content.

because this game looks like a game I can get hook on for a long while.

In the current resurgence of arpg's PoE 'looks' to be everything D3 should have been. That plus a pretty darn cool skill system, and quality production values. Oh wait was it just one thing?

Seeing the skill tree reminded me a lot of Final Fantasy 10. Which I played religiously, although the only real similar factor seems to be the size and layout. All in all, I can see a LOT of playability and it makes me hyper with anticipation.

PvP+++++++ this game seems to offer waaay more for the hardcore gamer in terms of stuff to do. The leagues are a fantastic idea and is going to be lots of fun I will try d3 but im more excited for this game.

Because tonight is my Friday (I work night shift). Then i go on my 2 week vacation. Was hoping to get into beta so i would have something to do for the next 2 weeks.

Path of Exile immerses the player in a gritty and realistic art style that goes against the current industry trend of cartoony RPGs

And the gameplay videos I have seen so far looked fun.

It feels like the best installment into the ARPG genre that i have seen in many many many years. The skill system sounds very intriguing and the dark feel of the game appeals to me right to my core. I know too detailed for a single reason but whatev's.
