I came here because I'm looking for a complex, gritty d2-like game. D3 has disappointed me terribly with its dumbing down, appeal to masses utter bollocks!
If GGG chickens made an action RPG, what would it be called? Path of Eggxile, a Peck 'n' Slash RPG.

I'm an old timer now in the over 50's group and was looking for a game to get stuck into as many of the other games I've been playing are either too fast paced for my slower reactions or just totally boring once you've played them for a while. Having received my Path of Exile beta key and started playing Path of Exile I just can't put it down. It's the right pace game for me and the variations in which you can play are never ending. I just love this game and wish my daughter and son were PC gamers (i'm still trying to convert them) as it would be a blast. Keep up the good work GGG and absolutely can't wait for the full launch or even a few new maps added into the beta. All I can say is great, great, great - I'm loving it!!

My reason was simple, i liked it from the first moment, the style the atmosphere all. As a gamer of what i am, playing rpg's like crazy, even 10-12 hours some days i like to try new games if i have the time, its interesting that sometimes u want to play 2-3 hours and it will last more because u loose track of time so quickly :))
