Your number one reason for wanting to play POE ?

This type of game seems very fun and I was always a fun of hack and slash games .

Because i'm SATAN and i'm thristy for blood of all those minions even though they probably are on my side!

Similar reason to OP, but I don't think I'd quit this game for D3, more that I'd play both as much as I could, maybe one would win over the other but I will have to give both a go to see for myself.

I anticipate however that I will love both and play both for long time :D

Ever since I heard about POE and read about it, have been quite excited for a new hack and slash game. Seems to be one of the few games to be happy about lately.

Because these kinds of games are awesome... whenever a new one is released, i'm there - Full time ;)

Well the main reason is that it brings back alot of memories from d2 ..but damn it will take a long time untill this game is fully released

I like RPG games. Waiting for any new games in this genre

I must admit i have been hanging out for D3 for a few years now and basically given up hope, it looked really good three years ago but now compared to PoE i think D3 looks cheap and childish. So im wanting to play PoE because im adicted to games, action rpgs hav taken up a large portion of my life and now i want an new one to become adicted to. Simple as that, im sure nearly everyone else is similar.

I have been more and more interested in indie games devs and there is ton of awesome indie games nowadays.. PoE however seems more than your avarage indie game.. production quality is top notch (well seems to be, said after seeing gameplay videos) and visually its on par with "big games" with Big makers behind them like Ubisoft, Blizzard etc..

Well that alone is not enough of a reason to be interested in exactly this game. The thing I like the most is the dark, violent atmosphere.. the merciless feeling. The enemies look hideously awesome. The skill system is innovative. The ammount of passive skills. In short the overall feeling of the game.

because lets be honest, it looks amazing and deserves more attention
